Swim again. The coach was sick this morning,but he insisted to attend the course!!well,he's really a nice guy!
sleep for 1 hr this noon
yesterday I received 5 calls when I was in ShenZhen,who's that??...

Run 4 km,so tired,and 2moro swimming course again.....
Don't worry!!I'll do more exercise for keeping my weight balance...

I woke up at 0530am this mornig for preparing the first lesson (actually,it's actually the third one,coz I missed 1st n 2nd lessons last week)
All ppl r so nice & the coach's seemed to be a Kwok C...
