you can have control. of your life, your decisions. but sometimes it's easier/more interesting to let everything fall into place & just navigate through the really hard parts. better than sitting still. if you sit long enough in one spot, not concentrating on much of anything, you may find that you'll go insane more quickly

certain things can save your sanity. licking envelopes. word games. picking scabs. breaking bottles. buffy the vampire slayer. sticking your hand in flour. 80's night. wine & chain smoking. ginger beer. dancing by yourself. dressing up all butch. dressing up all fem. finishing a box of donuts. sharpies. & so on.

pittsburgh's not bad. it's just percieved that way. i would do the same things i do now in any city. i would probably just do them later.
