About Me

Oh, where do I begin? Hmm. I'm a young Bostonian (Brighton Specifically), living life and lovin' it. Whoah-oh, I'm livin' on a prayer
You REALLY want a great way to amuse yourself throughout the day?
Become a Hobo! Thanks to Lucca for showing me "the light" of the Hobo lifestyle.

Some of the 'boys all back in town for the holidays - out for my favorite, japanese food!
Don't mess with my sister (left) or her friend Fatima (middle). They fuck you up!
Me, Heather, Lauren and Tim - Power Hour baby!
I miss my baby, my car. She was a beauty - 2003 GT Mustang Convertible. In fact, the first time I met her, she spoke to me. I was at the dealership and she said,"Matt, I want you inside of me. I want you to drive me fast, drive me hard. Rev my engine!". Who am I to say no? I had to trade her in, however, and now have a more "responsible" car - of course, this is just until I can get one of the new Shelby GT500 Mustangs - as soon as it sells for MSRP (rather than 20k over!)
What do I tend to do for fun? Wow, broad question. So many things. I'm a big movie buff, I have more dvds than I can count, in fact, most things related with audio/visual entertainment I enjoy. Music, theatre, video games - i'm a huge video game buff, console, pc, you name it, i'll play it.
My favorite thing to do in the world is to play baseball. I play in a wooden bat amateur league in Boston, and I have a blast. You know you wanna see me swing my mighty wood!
Family Guy, to me, is almost a religion. If you haven't seen it by now, climb out from under the rock you're living. Fox attempted to kill it several times, in fact, I took part in 3 letter-writing campaigns to get the put back on the air, as well as getting them put out on DVD. Now look, top-selling tvshow on dvd of all time*. On Fox at 9:00 PM EST sunday nights, don't miss it.
Remember kids, Yankee Fans are the devil...Check out my new cat!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Bars are fun - to hang out with your friends - But let's be honest, you don't go out to find "the one".

Basically, i'm a funloving guy and a hopeless romantic in Massachusetts (Brighton - Home / All around Boston - Work ).

Ladies, if you're a Yankee fan, go take your bad taste elsewhere.

I'm sick of dating "games" - if i meet someone and get her number, i don't want to feel the "need" to wait an unspecified number of days before i "can" call her. This isn't middle school, don't sugarcoat things, don't feel the need to be fake;

If you're not living around here (or will be), I'm not interested, long distance sucks.

I enjoy living life to the fullest and having fun! I am extremely bright and have a very witty and sarcastic sense of humor, you WILL LAUGH around me (could be "at" me or "with me" ;) ) I love playin summer baseball and hangin out.

I love the Boston bar scene when hangin' with my friends or a date; hitting up The Harp, Whiskey's, anywhere really (Harp on draft is awesome, 'specially with a Jaiger chaser :-p) - I am the ultimate wingman!

I'm also quite the chef and love to cook - you name it, i'll make it! Heritage - definitely proud of my Irish and Italian roots (50/50) - Top half is the irish half (you know, my baby blues:) and um, bottom half - that's italian :-p ) I can drink like an Irishman and cook like an Italian, can't do better than that ;)

I like Girls that like being pleased in every respect - both in general, and of course, in bed - i love it all. I'm an avid collector of DVDs (over 350!) - So "the one" would probably be a movie fan herself (But it's definitely not a requirement so long as she likes to cuddle-up and watch 'em with me!) Treating others as I want to be treated. Yeah, so, i'm man enough to admit i love all the perks of a relationship; cuddling, hugging, kissing. Lower-back tatoos drive me nuts. I think a woman is most beautiful when she first wakes up in my arms.

Honesty, loyalty and trust. I will not compromise needing this. An ideal relationship is based on these. There is nothing, I repeat nothing, more important than this. I've often heard that the perfect relationship is one that is 50/50 - I disagree. The perfect relationship is 100/100 - each person giving it "their all" so that each person can commit themselves and not have to worry about the other not trying their hardest. I want a girl who knows that MattisJamn is the type of guy to bring home to momma! My views on love? Basically, i'm not gonna settle for just anyone, i don't need a "right now" girl.

Some claim you should settle or compromise, that view is skewed. You should compromise on aspects of a relationship (Where to go for dinner, what movie to watch, etc) NOT the type of person you want to be with. I want to fall in love with who someone IS not who they "could be". It's cliche but people believe they can change or change someone, it's bs. We are who we are. Hah, i want it perfectly clear that this is me, take it or leave it. In respect to the "online thing" - haha, (as I ramble on)...

I consider myself a romantic, one of the true "nice guys" out there. There is No worse feeling than seeing a beautiful and sweet woman, anywhere really, and getting the courage to go talk to her just to have her 1) think anything I say is a "line", 2) think i'm just trying to get into her pants or 3) just saying what i think she wants to hear. So many freakin' pricks out there ruin it for the rest of us, I hate being "guilty until proven innocent". Online? I put up this long, insightful message, complete with pictures and a glimpse of my personality. You can see if you like how i think and how i look and it's also a helluva lot easier to be honest with what you want/lookin for when you dont have to worry about hurtin someone's feelings in person, politically correct these days, be honest, be blunt. I hate beatin around the bush, I call it as I see it.
