Anything by Robert A Heinlein, All Quiet on the Western Front, Brave New World, Sidhartha, The Prophet, Krishnamurti, Bob Black, Slaughterhouse Five, In Our Time, Jack Kerouac (but only his poetry, really), Cool Hand Luke, Catcher in the Rye, The Wheel of Time series of books, The Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia, The Hottest State, Phillip K Dick, Neil Gaiman, Ray Bradbury, Dr. Hunter S. Thompson, Stardust (the David Bowie story) The Illuminatus Trilogy changed my life and Robert Anton Wilson is a genius. favorite poet is Charles Bukowski. i'm also sort of into T.S. Eliot, E.E. cumings, and Arthur Rimbaud's work inspires me. David Lerner's a bad-ass. Luis Rodriguez kills me... everyone should buy a copy of the Outlaw Bible of American Poetry. Kurt Vonnegut owns. You Should Read S.M. Stirling's "Dies the Fire" cause it may be the best sci-fi series EVER. Fantasy novels kick ass in a general kinda way... I'm all about dragons and sorcery and such.
