Anyone who has experienced one of his creations is sure to tell you that he is redefining the traditional Japanese art of sushi and sashimi with the use of premium grade seafood and organic ingredients. You'll often hear people say "the best sushi they've ever tasted, wow, and etc." to describe his creations. Chef Mark has a true culinary vision that he enjoys making come to life right before your eyes.
Unlike others who give little time or dedication to the art and traditions, Chef Mark values the culture and history behind the food. I spent many years developing a level of sophistication and style not often found in the States. Let Chef Mark show you what sushi truly can be as an experience.
For something exotic and erotic experience the art of Nyotaimori. As one of the true artists and innovators, Chef Mark creates a tantalizing presention and display of sushi and the human form. His goal is to remain true to the heritage of Nyotaimori (although we have to follow health ordinances) and honor the art form. Soyo has several models that work exclusively with us for body sushi events. They understand the rules and the art. Not only are you getting fantastic sushi, you're getting a truly stunning visual. We can handle projects just about anywhere and love to raise the bar with each event we do.
CLUB OWNERS- Nyotaimori will bring in customers, if for nothing else, out of shear curiosity. My events will attract new business and enhance existing sales.
RESTAURANT OWNERS- Chef Mark is available to do guest chef appearances, special events, menu consulting, and etc.
FUNDRAISERS/EVENT COORDINATORS- We can provide a complete array of sushi and sashimi to provide something distinctive and a focal point to make people notice your event.

Born and raised in southern NJ, I moved to Wilmington in 1989. I'd define myself as being pretty diverse and laid back. One weekend I'm being a father to my daughter, the next I'm out and about. I enjoy traveling, having lots of fun and meeting interesting people. I'm always interested in talking about my art and learning more about you.
