Okay, let's see now...born in NY, moved across the river to a small town in Bergen County, NJ, where I spent most of my childhood with Mom, Dad, Nanette and Jon. Graduated college and embarked on my career as a Product Dev. Food Scientist with a major confectionery company. (You know the one...where "chocolate melts in your mouth, not in your hands!") Not long after, met and married Alan, aka DOC, and helped to get his new dental practice off the ground, and now after all this time I can't get him to fire me!!! ;-) Brought two wonderful children into this world, Evan and Amy, and now 20 years later, they're doing their own college scenes! Gone are the days of carpooling, youth sports and mega hours of fundraising. So with this newly added free time back into my schedule, I'm contemplating the pursuit of different interests, only I've not yet fully prioritized which area I intend to plunge into first.
