Books, oh what wonderful things, full of information, stories, pictures and amazing facts, marvelous, but I ain't got time for them. Sorry, but it looks like hard work holding them covers open and having to turn pages.
Joking aside, wonderful things they are, but I just don't take time to sit down and read.

There's many people I admire for different things.
But if any one stood out it would be
ELVIS PRESLEY.
Elvis I admire for getting off his behind to look after his parents who he loved, especially his mother, and in the process becoming an entertainment legend, a person who received so much love, respect and admiration from his fans and still does, because he gave so much in his performances, performances which always left you feeling happy, exited and wishing you were just like Elvis.
As a child of nine in 1972 when I first listened to the Lets Be Friends and C'mon Everybody albums I instantly became a fan, don't know why and how, I cant explain. He was like the brother you always wanted and in his later years he was like the father you always wanted. A voice of an angel.
Its a shame that such a lovely person gets made fun of by fools with stupid wigs, silly replicated sunglasses and terrible jumpsuits, although I do admire the few who are good and dedicate themselves to impersonating Elvis properly, well done chaps.
When Elvis performed he did it in style.
If anyone out there doesn't know or who hasn't seen Elvis perform, get of your backsides, go and purchase "That's The Ways It Is" and watch.
His performances at the Las Vegas Hilton (known as the international hotel back then)in 1970 were simply mind blowing.
No one has matched him yet, and never will.
Yes, there's good entertainers, but they all take second place to the KING.
