Band Members: Artists in all forms need to support one another and inspire all to grow, evolve and improve in our crafts. Unity is such an important thing that is lacking in society and in the industries. So many are out for self and that only gets you so far, plus karma comes around anyways…So I have been working on my career and aspirations including working on new material, building strong networks with people that are as passionate as I am and attempting to fix up my lil' Myspace pages… (Need new pics. Where are the photographers?). As diverse as we all are, we may not agree on a lot of things, but there is a common thread; we all want to be heard - whether for joy or for recognition. Either way, the more that we work together without the interference of these corporate vultures, is all the more better for the individual artist.It is like that old saying, one hand washes the other. I have needs to bring my dreams and goals to the next level. I am sure a lot of you do too… so how can we help each other to keep it movin’?? For example, if you were say, a male vocalist/MC, whatever; I can do a hook or a verse or whatever on a song that you need a woman for – perhaps you can hook me up with a beat or contribute to one of my tracks… Whatever the case, we need to work with each other. Hip hop is about battling, OK, but if we band together… where does that leave these record companies who make the most out of the deal than we sure will? Some of you are going to want to make exchanges with the element of cash or whateva, that’s ya bizness… but to me, just the experience of collabing with someone else, especially if we click energy wise, builds me as an artist and is good for my soul. A lot of extraordinary products have come from two people vibing and creating….With that said, lol, I have some things that I need and I will update this later with the details, but if anyone would like a dope female MC to lay down something, throw ideas with, even just get an opinion… never be afraid to ask me…One Luv…
