It can be said that Daz Dare is a man who wears many different hats. He is equally at home rocking parties with his bass heavy production techniques or negotiating business deals in boardrooms.As CEO of Shoutout Music he has a goal of his company becoming the most recognisable hip hop and R & B labels in his native UK and adopted country, Australia.After a successful career in the finance industry, Daz has turned his hand to doing what he does best, producing music. Using Shoutout music as his vessel, Daz fully intends on harnessing his shrewd business sense and carving a successful career in the music industry.In 2001, Daz left the UK to try out life down under in Australia. It was at this point he decided that the time was right for him to flex his production skills. After completing a course in audio engineering he was ready to put his plan in motion.‘I now have the required skills, equipment and contacts to make this thing happen’ declares Daz Dare. ‘I am confident of success’.Daz has a vision for Shoutout Music and already has a team of artists, producers and a street team ready to take the music industry by storm. His first release is due for summer 2006 and is a solo production album title D.A.R.E which includes club bangers ‘Ya Knaa’ and ‘Snake’.Daz Dare and his musicDaz’s musical influences span from Stevie Wonder to calypso artist The Mighty Sparrow. “I’m fortunate enough to have been exposed to a range of musical genre’s, and you can hear a lot of these influences in the music I produce” He has a love for calypso music and his percussive beats are testimony to this. “I like to make beats which people can move their body to, infectious, you cant help but nod your head!. I’d like to think that I’ve already developed my own distinctive style” As a part of Shoutout music, Daz is also a producer for hire. “I can guarantee a fresh sound and I attempt to bring out the best in any artist which comes my way. At Shoutout we are proud of every beat which we do and we tailor make every beat.
