I'm originally from The Bronx, lived there my whole life up till June '02. I still read the NY papers and keep up with what's going on there, but the truth is I needed to get the hell out! I got tired of driving for an hour in bumper to bumper traffic to get to my job 10 miles away. Or coming home at night and having to circle the block 237 times(give or take!) before you finally found a space!While there is still not enough money in the WORLD to get me to go back to New York(to live, still like visiting now and then-I miss it at Christmas time)I've come to the realization that Florida is only a stepping stone for me as well. I need to see a bit of changes of season(but not alot of snow)and I'd like some scenery, so I've decided to start looking into Tennessee next. Haven't been there yet, but would like to go soon and see how it looks. So with any luck, sometime in the next few years I'll be hanging out in East Tennessee looking at the Smoky Mountains in the distance~
