I guess it's my manner or the way I speak, but I'll take that as a compliment! I'm a Stay Home Mom of 3 beautiful boys. I'm going through a divorce after 18 years. I'm 44 years old and I love cats, movies, music, broadway shows, roller skating, riding bikes, camping, painting anything, swimming and eating hamburgers and fries, pizza and chinese food. Did I mention fried catfish? I'm quite simple.I have A desire to be outdoors as much as possible and usually don't let the weather stop me. My friend Vickie thinks I act and look a lot like BARBRA STREISAND.I meet people all the time who think I look like someone else.I've had several people tell me I look like Princess Diana when my hair is short and more blonde. Take a look at my picture album and you'll see the other people I've been told I look like. It's kinda funny and kinda true! ****************************************************I love spending time with my kids...& at times the neighborhood kids just doing nothing in the yard or swinging on the front porch....you'd be surprised what you learn from kids. I enjoy them when I'm not doing housework, housework and more laundry! hee hee. I received an Ipod about a year ago and listening to tunes on my Ipod is a favorite past time and I like all kinds of music. When I 1st started listening to my Ipod I'd go shopping at Target or wherever with it blasting in my ears the whole time. I'd pass by little old ladies and they'd just smile and I'd be rockin' to Van Halen. I rocked out! **************************************************** I really enjoy playing around on the computer and PLAYING is exactly what I do...because even though I type a million miles a minute..I mostly have no clue as to what I'm doing online. I play and learn about the PUTER by just doing it. (cuss words and all). So Needless to say I have no computer training whatsoever. It's just a fun thing for me the past 12 years and being a bit of an introvert I enjoy expressing myself in words on paper....I like to think I have a good personality even though I tend to be an introvert 'cause in High School I was voted Senior Class Best Personality ...so hopefully I'm not too shy! I am very proud of that honor. (My sister was voted that too in her Senior Year!)****************************************************** *********************************** My favorite thing to do online is window shop on Ebay and YES, BUY STUFF TOO! I enjoy adding things to my Myspace Profile too (Can't you tell). It kind of releases an inner creativity that's been stuffed away for awhile. My PEEPS are anyone with a sense of humor....but I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I didn't leave until I was 24 when I got married. I've lived in Texas the last 18 years making me a true Texhoman. My nephew Eric moved from Oklahoma to Texas a few years ago and he said, "Ya know Aunt Bobbie, I'm BISTATUAL....I've lived in Oklahoma and Texas!" Hee hee. He cracks me up...he's a lot like Kathy, his Mother. He's a policeman and the youngest on the S.W.A.T. Team. **************************************************I guess for the most part my peeps would be Suth-un-uhs who like to laugh and be silly. I say Southerners because there really is a kind gentle friendly nature to southern people. But... I like all people from all walks of life and all areas of the universe as well. It's really not where you're from....it's WHO YOU ARE ON THE INSIDE! I'm quite the redneck at times and the older I get the more I speak with a twang. I know how to disguise it...but like I said....the older I get...the more I am becoming ME... THAT LITTLE GIRL FROM OKLAHOMA who rode motorcycles most of the day wearing my bell bottom jeans and singing as I rode over the bumps in the yard! I grew up riding Honda 70's from the time I was 9 years old on. My parents lived on the outskirts of town...so country was just a motorcycle ride away. Now being an adult (by title only)...I'd love to have a Harley or any of the motorcycles made for women. MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS IN THE DALLAS AREA: AUGUST MOON (Chinese food) on Beltline@Preston in Dallas, My favorite all time restaurant is LAHACIENDA RANCH in Frisco (Tex-Mex Food), TEXAS ROADHOUSE in McKinney and HUTCHIN'S BBQ in McKinney, STEAK & ALE in Plano. , NERO'S (Italian Restaurant on Lower Greenville Ave.) (Nero's is very romantic and dark and artsie), P.F. Changs in Allen (the food at P.F. Changs is 2DIE4. , Petra in McKinney (Mexican), THE COUNTY LINE in Austin (Ribs),.... and of course the good o'le trusty...Sonic (a girl has to have her Sonic where she can eat in the car.) .
