To make a very long story short. I was born an raised in Puerto Rico and then my family and I moved to Augusta GA, commonly called by the local inhabitants as "Disgusta" because of the amazingly warm people, and highly educated populus, its breathtaking views and natural beauty, South Beach like night life and big city feel (that was sarcasm I hope that you were able to pick it up)... Really Augusta blows goats.I went to Georgia Southern University and worked in Savannah. After graduation I moved to West Palm Beach and went to culinary school. Graduated from the Florida Culinary Institute then unexpected circumstances forced me to change plans and returned to my native land (no it wasn't the INS).I now live and work in Puerto Rico, plan to go to graduate school either here, Atlanta or in Barcelona, Spain.
