First off, darlings, let me inform you that my birthdate is ACTUALLY December 12, 1996, but due to a fault in this program I was made to select a 1985. How silly. My apologies on behalf of the webmaster! As you can plainly see by my photo, I am a Dalmatian dog. Many misspell the word "Dalmation," due to the prolific use of the "-tion" suffix in the English language. No, the name actually refers to the Dalmatian's approximate point of origin, that being eastern Europe's Dalmatia. In popular lore, Dalmatians are most frequently seen as fire dogs. This came about far before the invention of the combustable gas engine, when the fire department employed the use of a horse-drawn water carriage. In leau of the loud, distinctive sirens of today, my proud ancestors would valiantly run before the carriage, barking and carrying on like what have you, alerting those on the street (primarily pedestrians and carriages) that the fire-wagon was on the way! I, however, have a far more leisurely, yet none the less important, duty in life: to engage, entertain, and provide love to and for the masses. Cheers, my newfound friends!
