About Me

i am an anual local skatepark contest. i have been around for 8 years, this summer being the 9th jam! my main goal is to unite the midwest bmx scene and to bring all the riders together for a day of fun, bbq'n, riding bikes, and bobby parker yelling on a microphone. this years jam will be a little bit different from jams in the past. for the first time ever, burly will be a weekend event with pre-lims on saturday and the finals on sunday. we will also be having a FLAT JAM!!!!! on saturday and sunday. so if you ride flatland come get buck nasty. for more info check out the blogs. they are updated frequently with the newest burly jam news.

it is free to ride in any event and riders of all skill levels are encouraged to participate.

the burly am dates are now set.

FRIDAY THE 27TH of july will kick off the weekend with a chill bbq down at the skatepark. everyone will be gettin into town most likely and just chillin out at the park. come ride the new ramps and hang out with old friends. lazer tag contest at fun city that night anyone? i am also being told that there is going to be a 3 on 3 basketbally tourney on the courts next to the skate park. come rep your home town and see where the biggest jocks come from!!!

SATURDAY JULY 28th will be the first official day of burly. actual times will be posted closer to the actual date. we will be doing prelims on saturday. the flat land course (the baskteball courts) will also be open to the public for a jam.

SATURDAY NIGHT will be the burly jam after party. the location is TBA but you should expect a few bad ass things to go down:
1. video premiere of the video ''burly''
2. anoucement of who made the finals
3. live music.

SUNDAY JULY 15TH will be the finals.
