John Saxon fronted RAW DEAL 1985/86. They were formed by Alexis Korner protégé Regan Cairns who wrote "Second Time Around" and were based in Leicester. Raw Deal was managed at that time by Hugh Stanley Clark.....PAL JOEY was formed by ex Aardvark drummer Frank Clark. Based in Chelsea, Frank wrote Victim Of Love and it was recorded in South West London in 1991..... MGM was formed by Bernie Marsden with Mel Galley, John Martin and Neil Murray in 1986, "Liar" was written by Bernie Marsden. After a few vocalists in the line up the band played their last gig at the 1987 Reading Rock Festival with John on vocals......THE DIVING DUCKS were formed by Paul Cope and John in 1990, with the addition of Leigh Heggarty of "Flame". "The Diving Duck Blues" written by John & Leigh. They frequently played the Windsor Art Festival and Windsor Art Centre plus many gigs in the west London area..... Other bands John has fronted are "The Immediate" and Reading based soul band "The Chain Gang"
