My interests are always evolving. Guess that means I'm alive. Kayaking. Photography. Guitar. I think there is strength in being a performer-even if it is only in your room. Feelin' that hippie vibe. Damn, I love my life right now.

Music heals. Nueva York T-bones. LYB, brother. Marc Broussard. Alicia Keys. Martin Sexton. Etta James. Michael Whalen's 'I have loved you for a Thousand Lifetimes' is mine & Eric's song. Dave Matthews is always good for chilling me out. Van Morrison's 'Into the Mystic'. Whatever is genuine; not generic. Whatever gets the body moving. Don't ever pass up an opportunity to dance!

When I watch tv, it's CSI. Maybe some Choppers, or Miami Ink. FoxNews all the time. The weather channel. Then more FoxNews.
I don't know if I have just one hero, but I do know how to spot one...This may be cliche by now but a hero is someone who knows they are breakable but still goes out and fights the good fight. There isn't anything more heroic than that. He doesn't get sidetracked by all the political b.s. and gets the job done. He is focused and driven and unconcerned with what the world thinks of him. He is protective of those he is leading and cares only about their best interests. A hero is not full of pride but may have a lot to be proud of. I think my husband falls into that category...and all those like him. Semper Fi. Thanks men......WeLoveYou.
