Emily C. Smith

About Me

After years of playing piano and bass in a band Emily C. Smith jumped on a south bound train to the big London smoke in December 05. She has since been whirling about the acoustic circuit in the city with her individual mix of indie and folk. Playing reguarly to perplexed audiences and standing ovations at the 'Easycome Acoustic Club' and regular slots at the The Stage Door, Waterloo. Other performances to date have been supporting the Wave Pictures and opening the Folk at the Moon at the Half Moon, Herne Hill. She currently gets most her kicks playing with Ruth Jacob on banjo and is a permanent fixture in the Harrisburg Family Band. Keep eyes peeled for upcoming gigs.
