My Interests

Music:

Band Website: My other site - http://www.myspace.com/daretobe1
Band Members: Star Gazer and friends
Influences: Recent years: Soul moving heart-felt sound vibrations, overtone producing vocalists and ethnic instruments, etc. Though instrumental, my fav. is Ishq at the moment. 90's: I was mostly tuned out from music in general. I now am discoverying and enjoying some ambient and electro music. 80's: Jeff Beck, Police, Steely Dan and some R&B songs. Jazz Fusion and Bosa Nova. (Flora Purim was cool.) New Wave bands from Europe and Australia to some New Age music, skipped punk however. Sade was an artist I liked. 70's: Beatles, Elton John, Carole King, Carly Simon, Simon & Garlfuncle, Carpenters, etc. When I first heard Stylistics in a car with my father driving, my father thought the singer was a female. I thought he was cool. Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Earth Wind & Fire, etc. Classical minimalists like Steve Reich and Philip Glass.
Sounds Like: Until recently, I have not heard Saninkho, an amazing avant-garde/experimental vocalist from Tuva, but my friend told me that my latest attempt s sound like her. Otherwise, I sound like Star Gazer. Though I've been experimenting with vocal sounds without lyrics, I do write and sing both in English and Japanese, also.
Record Label: Looking for a producer/programmerto to collaborate
