Family man- born and raised on corn bread, collard greens and black eye peas.Started playing guitar as a hobby about 11 years ago. 5 years into playing the guitar and a few lessons with the very talented Glenn Gerini. A very good friend invited me out to a gig to sit in on a few, and needless to say I have been playing guitar every day since. I have been very fortunate to have some very talented friends that help keep me motivated. Special thanks to Michael Wheeler,Toronzo Cannon and Chico Banks. I'm currently with a band Twist and The Groove Machine that has a total of 125 years combine musical experience (5 piece). These are some of the best musicians around. You can often find one of us backing up other local bands at their show. My style of play is a mixture of Jazz and Blues with an edge.I also have a professional career with a Fortune 500 Company and now Semi- Professional career as a working musician. I'm also pretty handy with a soldering iron and have done a lot of amp repair work for some of Chicago's finest. Bump me sometime and we can chat.
