My husband and I have been married for 10 years and were blessed with 3 beautiful Autistic boys aged 5, 8 and 9 and one more on the way. All are classified High Functioning/Aspergers. They are such smart children and have accomplished so much in their lives already. It has taken a lot of work and we have so much more to do. My oldest was diagnosed 6 years ago and we have a lot to learn still. My husband and I do not believe our children were poisoned with mercury through vaccinating (not saying other children were not, just not ours) We believe our children, through genetics, have been this way since birth. We can't change that, we can only love them for who they are. God has blessed us with them for a reason, and I believe that reason was because they have the ability to teach us more then we could ever teach them. They have taught us that the "perfect" life we planned and hoped for, was probably not all that perfect, because what we have is the best we could have ever dreamed of. Our children are our children and without autism, they wouldn't be who they are today, nor would we be who we are today. We are excited to be expecting one more! Life is never dull, but always fulfilling!
