Yo wat up!!! This is Stavel. First off I wanna give a shot out to my nigga Hard Head AKA O.G. over in Iraq. Keep ya head up nigga.
Frontlyne was started in 2004 by JuJu, who at the time had just started takin' the rap game serious. He hooked up with Neecy, and they hit the studio tryin' to put together a demo. Around that time I had just moved back to Colorado from Milwaukee. Me and Ju had already known each other from when i lived here before, and he already knew I rapped from watchin me battle niggaz at house partys and at school.
One day we just happened to run into each other at the ball court and he was like " Yo Nigga, come and check out this track me and my girl did." We went over to the ride and I was like "That shit is hot!!" it was a track called "Tell Me How U Feel."
Shortly after that, me, him and Neecy all got together and started writing songs, and in early 2005 we dropped our first CD. It was a three track single. The main song was "Anyway" (Which ended up on our first album) and it featured two unrealeased tracks "Feelin You" and "Tell Me How U Feel." Three months later we dropped our first full legnth album "The Movement."
After doin a bunch of shows, and savin' up a gang of cash I bought some studio shit and started my own lable. Frontlyne Ent./ILLA Records.
The first project I started workin' on was my nigga JuJu's cousin, Swisha D, who we had recorded a couple songs with when he was down visiting from Atlanta. In early 2006 he moved to CO, and it was on. After a few weeks in the studio we dropped "Swisha Dz' Kang Of Tha Sprangz Vol.1" Which is a HOT!! CD and any nigga who love music could appreciate. The CD features guest appearances by Myself, JuJu, Neecy & Jerzy to name a few.
Now its my turn!! My Mixtape "Steel City's Hitman Vol.1" Is AVAILABLE NOW!!! Holla at me to see how to get a copy. hope you like the music.
