Well, I was glancing over my profile and realized that it's pretty antiquated. I know people always complain about it, but it's hard to write these damn things. How do you sum up who you are in a few short paragraphs...
I've spent most of the last 6 years of my life as a grad student in SD. It's definitely had it's ups and downs, but it looks like I might actually survive :) I find myself in a funny situation trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my life. I'll leave that question for later, for now, I'm satisfied just trying to enjoy life. I enjoy doing lot's of different things. Friends are a must. I need regular vacations (read every few weeks), just to get away from things. This may involve camping, Vegas, biking, hiking or something a littler further away :) On a daily basis, I enjoy surfing, biking, racquetball, cooking, watching movies, etc. My latest drink of choice is whiskey, but still enjoy a good beer or a nice glass of wine.
Ok, I think I've rambled enough. If you already know me, then you already know most of this stuff, and if you don't, then you're just going to have to figure the rest out :)
For nostalgic sake, I thought I'd better leave my favorite joke on here...
Two guys are walking down the street and they see this dog licking himself (like dogs seem to inevitably do). The one guy turns to the other guys and he says, "Man... I wish I could do that." The other guy replies, "I think you're going to have to pet him first."
