My name is Lupe Agcaoili (Ackawily), known as A G to most but Loops to a lot. I lived in Bakersfield CA all my life until I decided to serve our country and join the Air Force. I was in Korea for 1 year, posted up at Vandenburg AFB in Cali for about 7 months, and now am in Iraq. I've learned to appreciate everything I have and have had cause I realized it could be gone at any moment in time. I havn't had the easiest life but by far have I had the hardest. My family as taught me well and to always go the extra mile. I love helping people out and just doing what I can to make people happy. And that's why I'm a cop, yeah I know that sounds pretty weird cause most cops aren't your idea of people who help other people out. They're usually just the ones who break up the party, but FYI it's not a party without me. Right now I'm learning my job, getting to know the Lord, gonna take some college classes, and just live life to the fullest. I'm always hoping for the best of things but preparing for the worst cause that too can come when you least expect it. Also I'm away from what matters most, family friends and loved ones. It's not forever and it isn't anything I can't get through, but it still sucks pretty bad. Since I'm here in Iraq until Aug08' I can now tell my military boys I too was there and not just kicking back all day. I dont drink or smoke, cause I believe I can have a good time without it; and I can blow my money on something more useful.
