this is a tribute to a man that is a father of 3 children who are Grace norris, Matthew norris jr., and Clara norris. he was a husband to Marcia norris. he was a military man who was dedicated to his family and work and was incredible at both. he never gave up on anything and was determined. he touched many lives and changed many people. i made this page because i think people should know about him.he died on april 11, 2005 at age 35. a young man but an amazing inspiration and believer of his kids and wife......to all.
