About us: Located in Tacoma, Washington, we are a serious martial arts academy for people who are serious about learning REAL, practical, and effective martial arts techniques. We teach a variety of hands-on, reality based programs to meet everybody's needs:
Karate and Tae-Kwon-Do*- We offer classes for adults (ages 12+), as well as kids (8-11). We teach a hybrid system that is a combination of Freestyle Karate (Shito-Ryu and Shotokan), as well as WTF Tae-Kwon-Do. Classes focus on traditional forms and techniques as well as realistic self defense and Sport Karate Competitions. Students in this program have the opportunity to compete in Sport Karate, Forms, and Tae-Kwon-Do competitions.
adults (12+)- Mondays at 7pm Wednesdays at 5pm Thursdays at 5pm and 7pm
Kids (8-11)- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 4pm
Kickboxing, Boxing, BJJ, and MMA*- Our competition program is offered for those who want to be a fighter, or just train like it. Students in this program have the opportunity to compete in a variety of Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA events. Heavy cardio and conditioning, along with detailed instruction, and coaches that will push you to your absolute limit makes this program perfect for anyone looking to seriously compete, or get into the best shape of their life.
Kickboxing (12+)- Mondays at 5pm Tuesdays at 7pm Fridays at 5pm
Boxing (8+)- Monday through Friday at 6:30pm offered through 21st Century Boxing Club Adults only (15+) Tuesday at 5pm
MMA (12+)- Tuesdays at 5pm Wednesdays at 7pm Saturday at 1pm
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (12+)- Wednesdays at 4:30pm Fridays at 6pm Through GameBred Jiu-Jitsu
*Our classes are also offered as one all inclusive program, and Boxing, BJJ, and Kickboxing are offered as stand-alone programs as well.
Weight Room Only- Offered for those who want to workout on their own. This membership includes access to all weights, cardio equipment, heavy bags, and any other training equipment available in our weight room. (Group classes have priority if the equipment is needed for training)(15+)- More hours will be available soon Monday- 4:30pm-8:30pm Tuesday- 4:00pm-8:30pm Wednesday- 11:00am- 12:30pm and 4:00pm-8:30pm Thursday- 4:00pm-8:30pm Friday- 11:00am-12:30pm and 4:00pm-8:30pm Saturday- 11am-2:30pm
