I was founded in 1636 by Roger Williams after he was kicked out by the Mass-holes for religious reasons. I am the capital of Rhode Island, and the second largest city in New England. Located in Providence County, and nicknamed the "Beehive of Industry" and also "The City of Renaissance." At one point I was one of the first cities to industrialize, and known for our iron works (silverware) and jewelery making. Today, I am the economic, cultural, and political hub of Rhode Island.
