Influences: I have been influenced by so much music. From the pistols , the clash,to the mighty Bad Brains, to the Descendants, AC/DC, Guns and Roses, Minor threat, Metalica, Neil Young, Tom Petty, the Replacements, Uncle Tupelo, Steve Earle, Wilco,Elliot Smith. If I wrote down every thing it would take forever. When I like something I usualy play it till everyone around me can't take it anymore.
As of late, Townes Van Zandt, Ralph Stanley, anything with clawhammer banjo in it. The Shiftless Rounders (who should in my opinion be heard by every man, women and child on the face of this planet!). Maybe this is realy a list of what music I love. I guess its the same thing.
Sounds Like: I think my sound could be best described as the Edmonton sound(or so I have been told) which I am quite proud of.
Edmonton Alberta has some the most amazing songwriters I have ever heard. It gets cold here, real cold for six months a year. What else is there realy to do but write.
