Music is an absolute necessity for my survival. It makes me feel like no one else is there, making friends with cool messed up people is gravy, eating great food, dancing, dancing, dancing, doing random random stuff no one has any business doing, preferably without any formal planning involved, useless conversation, punk rock, body art, societal politics, comedy, sociology, music theory, and the list goes on forever...
I'd like to meet as many WeiRdo friends as possible- you can never know enough of 'em- and people who can think without help...
Where to start, where to start...basically anything harder hitting-probably...my personal favorite hottest song ever "Anything Anything" by Dramarama, I love to watch live music for inspiration and love to play with older music or change current music into my interpretation. My I-pod is confused, I like socio-politically driven music but I also have guilty pleasures...who can't give in to a catchy "pop-punk" hook... NOFX, LTJ, the Used, bob dylan, audioslave, 311, Ben Harper, reggae, chevelle, coheed, counting crows, deftones, clapton, fiona apple, incubus, jimmy eat world, the killers, lagwagon, live, manson, misfits, no use for a name, our lady peace, raemonn, Rammstein, the rasmus, taking back sunday, Van Morrison, widespreadPanic, AFI, HIM, Depeche, Cat Stevens, Anti-Flag, Paramore, Mars Volta, REM, me first, Coldplay, Screeching Weasel, Flyleaf, Talking Heads, Whitetown, Radiohead, Big Country, Regina Specktor, also check out my sister Candice Clark, WoW talented...www.myspace.com/candiceclarkmusic
I try to limit my media intake to educational programming such as family guy, the simpsons, and king of the hill although I have noticed lately that news programming gives really great coverage to useless old guys so they can tell us what we think about what is going on in the world....
