Well, Wireless Rush decided to have my comment deleted. Due to a technicality (I guess you're not allowed to post URLs on feedback), my feedback was removed.

So, Wireless Rush, the response is in, and what a response it is! Ha ha! In not so many words, you're calling me a liar now. I didn't know we were going to have to resort to name calling; how professional. Seriously, I wish I could reveal the UPS tracking number to everybody (which is considered unlawful according to UPS) to show them that the second phone was delivered on the 28th of July. Your rebuttal was posted on Ebay on the 10th of August, which makes it 13 days by my calculation; just a tad few days off from being a month, wouldn't you say?
Oh, by the way, I found it funny how the person 5 buyers down from me was also sent a phone that didn't work. Just a coincidence perhaps? Maybe so, maybe not...
Here's a link of interest I found AFTER I made my purchase (go figure, my luck). For those of you who would like to read the opinions of other buyers, click here: WirelessRushSuck.Com
Without further adieu, here is my story for those of you who have not read it. I encourage you to please read it in its entirety before you decide to make a purchase. Thanks.
Hey Wireless Rush, you guys can rebut my negative feedback on Ebay all you want. But guess what? Photos don't lie, and I have plenty of photos on here to support my claim.
I was a victim of the company known as "Wireless Rush," also known as Ebay user "ImportWireless." Before you purchase a phone from this company, I URGE you to please read my story before you become a victim yourself.
On July 5, 2006, I purchased a phone on Ebay from a company known as "Wireless Rush" out of Culver City, California. The phone I purchased was DEFECTIVE, and may have been USED or REFURBISHED. From the get-go, I thought something was peculiar, because the phone I received had ARABIC letters along with English letters on the number pad. Although this was listed as a feature in the "fine promotion" section in small print, this was NOT displayed in the advertised photos.

Now compare their photos with the photos I took of the phone I received:
I purchased a SIM card from Cingular on Sunday, July the 9th after work (around 4 p.m.), made a call to my girlfriend to let her know I received the phone, and then called my grandfather. 5 minutes into our conversation, he could no longer hear me. I attempted to contact my grandfather several times thereafter with the same problem. I could hear him, but he could not hear me on the other line. Figuring it was just his phone, I called my father, who also could not hear me.
I then drove home to call my house phone to see if I could hear myself on the other end. No such luck. After reading the manual, I came across the issue of “muting/unmuting†during a conversation. I attempted to “unmute†the receiver several times with no avail. I attempted to troubleshoot the problem by going onto Google and running various searches. With no luck, I called LG’s service rep to resolve the issue, once again, with no luck.
Here’s something even more fishy. While trying to figure out if there was something I could do to fix the problem, I came across the “video†function on the phone, and found that there was a pre-existing file on there. The file showed someone focusing onto a computer screen, which looked to be displaying an Ebay webpage advertising the auction of a phone. Up to that point, I had never selected the “video†option; this led me to wonder whether the phone I purchased was actually new or not. What company would leave pre-existing files on their phones?
Finally, I decided to contact Wireless Rush via email to see if there was anything they could do. I stated in the email that I was NOT looking for a refund; I simply wanted the issue with the phone to be resolved because I did want the phone.
I received an email from the company stating that I could send them the phone for a possible exchange. I was given an RMA number on July the 12th to ship the phone back to the company. I went to the post office, packaged the phone with ALL of the accessories and sent it back to Wireless Rush (costing me another $5.00 for shipping). A few days later, I received a phone call from one of their customer service representatives. He told me the phone was working fine, and that they could find nothing wrong with the phone. I explained to him that the phone would work intermittently, but he insisted that the phone worked, had been "reset," and would be shipped back to me.
I received the phone a few days later. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the car charger and phone case were both missing. Already upset, I decided to try the phone out. The first thing I noticed was that the phone's settings were EXACTLY how I had left them, leaving me to believe that they had lied about the phone being "reset." I decided to test the phone by making a couple of calls, and everything worked fine. However, after making a phone call to a friend and leaving a message on her voice mail, I received a call back from her. BINGO! The phone stopped working again. She could not hear me at all, but I could hear her. Now I was livid. I attempted to call my house phone once again to see if I could hear myself talking into the phone. There was absolute silence on the other end.
I typed an email to Wireless Rush that night which basically informed them that I was not going to take their crap any more, and that I demanded satisfaction. The following day, I contacted them via telephone, and told them about the continuing problem with the phone and that I wanted either a phone that worked, or my money back. I also informed them that the phone had been shipped without two of the items, and had NOT been "reset." They instructed me to send the phone back with the original RMA number. On July 25th, I once again spent $5.00 to send the phone back to Wireless Rush.
On August 1st, I received a "new" phone from Wireless Rush; however, the phone was not "new" by any means. If you look at the photos I've provided, you will clearly see scratch marks on the phone:
Scratch marks were also on the backing of the phone, and somebody forgot to delete one of the MP3s AND a phone number left in the phone's directory by the previous user. Here's a photo of the backing:
"100% Brand New Or Your Money Back" is what their ad says. If you're going to lie about sending me a new phone, at least send me one without scratch marks and a previous user's stored MP3 and phone number. I contacted them around 9:20 on August 2nd, and was told that this phone is no longer in stock. After informing the customer rep about them sending me a used phone, I was told to call back in an hour.
I don’t know how “IMPORTWIRELESS†or “WIRELESS RUSH†has made such a high rating for themselves. At this point, I don't even want to deal with Wireless Rush any more. The phone they sent me, although CLEARLY used, has had no problems. With that being said, I would NEVER purchase a phone from this company again due to their current business practices. Take it from me, if you’re considering buying a phone, pay the extra few dollars and buy one from your local dealer.
