Happy Traumas formed many a year ago, when men were real men and women were really men in disguise.
In the poverty strickin ghetto of Pokesdown something was happening. Frustration and violence lashed out from every corner. The Illegal gun trade was out of control and gang lords walked the streets proud and unflinching in the precense of the law.
Sick of this madness a few youngsters decided to sell their guns and offload the rest of their crack to local addicts in order to purchase instruments no longer of destruction, but of creation. Guitars, amps, mics, and a drum kit.
These boys realised that fighting fire with fire just wasnt going to work and that water in fact worked a lot better. Taking to underground smack clubs and to the dens of the ladies of the night they bought laughter and amusment with their unique comic music stylings.
Gradually the gang lords grip on this small ghetto was slipping through their blood stained hands, the name of Happy Traumas spread to other such unholy regions of this God forsaken land, such as New Milton, Brockenhurst and even to the far wastelands of Swindon
The war has only just begun bretheren, Happy Traumas shall continue to fight for justice, but there is much evil in this world and we shall destroy it, one gig at a time
