TYSON DOWNS returns to the arena-rock world after a 15 year hiatus, largely do to the unsubstantiated reports of liaisons with the daughters of several powerful politicians. Ty emerges from the arid landscape (where it is reported that he was hiding, see above) in his attempt to re-take the world as he knew it.
