Who is M.I.S?
M.I.S is a group of talented and gifted artist who are also family.
Two brothers and one sister. They were born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Winton Terrece is their home town A-K-A Cincinnatis' Brick City.
M.I.S began singing when they were just young children, singing in churches.
Mayl whom is the M of the group titled M.I.S, his famous fraze ( Maylman deliver realness from the hill so you don’t have to go to hell man ), he is the middle man of the group, meaning the middle child of the family, very calm and laid back, he’s also the peace maker but you can only hold your peace for so long. Mayl plays the drums, dance and does poetry. When he’s on stage he allows the other side of himself to show. The wild and rawness side of him that only being in the spirit you can understand and be able to keep up with. It’s nice to know more about people than trying to judge the one side of a person you always see. Dontcha just love’m.
Ice whom is the I of the group titled M.I.S, his famous fraze ( I be da one they call I.C.E, So Cold ), he is the youngest of the group, funny and cool but also listens more to the spirit of discernment that God gave him meaning, if he feels that you’re a person that we don’t need to be around cause there’s something about you that just isn’t right, he will let us know and let you know and even though you will stick around to prove to him that you are not who he feels you are, at the end his spirit is always right. He’s a writer of songs, poems, stories you name it, he plays the main organ, keyboard, drums, bass, he also sings, rap, dance and does martial arts. Ice is just as cool on stage as he is off stage, you gotta love’m. SweetSound whom is the S of the group titled M.I.S, her fraze ( Let it be a sweet, sweet sound in your ears ), she’s the oldest of the group, quiet when meeting people but when she gets to know you she’s sweet like her name, cool, funny, goofy and if she gets into trouble she makes sure she gets out of it fast. When people always want you to stay in mess that’s because that’s what they are all about MESS. On stage Sweet is funny, energetic, wild and hardcore for the Lord and could care less of what anyone thinks about how she tells her story or what they feel about how she gives what God give her to speak to the people but you gotta love her too cause the truth will make you free. She sings, rap, dance, write songs and stories, plays the keyboard and bass. She’s been krump before she found out anything about krump but life is somewhat easier now that krump is out there.
How did M.I.S start and become a group?
M.I.S were always singing since they were little children. They all were going through things at the same time and were feeling the same way and they all started writing at the same time not knowing that it would be their first single called Comforter. They started performing this song and so many people were requesting this song when God told them this is part of why you all are here. To help, heal, deliver, brake yokes, brake religion and save souls. But keep it Holy and The Raw Truth shall you give. So they called themselves Gods’ Original Souljaz but they had other family members in the group at the time but that wasn’t what God wanted. So God gave them the thought that they should come up with names that fit who they are and what they are about. That is when the title M.I.S came into action. The year 2000, the year when the real warriors began to hatch, ( come out of the shell ).
