Interests or hobbies?? Well, I have no hobbies unless you include sleep and work, but the things that I enjoy the most would be traveling, spending time with my family and friends, bowling, anything that involves FOOD, and KICKIN IT(whenever I can)
At this stage in my life, meeting people is not really as important to me as spending more time with the people in my life that matter. I have neglected some very special people in my life-sorry :( So I would really just like to get reconnected with old friends that I've missed. Besides, I already met TI.
My new favorite CD is Tamia's latest and of course I'm bumping Hova....Currently in heavy rotation in my cd player are: Yung Joc, Donnell Jones, Beyonce-of course!!!, Goapele, Keisha Cole(still bumping), Birdman and Lil Wayne, India. Arie, Ne-Yo and PJ Morton-thanks Sparks :)
My favorite movie of all time is the Color Purple with Love Jones a close second. My tastes vary from movies such as The Wedding Crashers to Hotel Rwanda. I can honestly say the only type of movie I don't like are sci-fi and westerns. What can I say? I'm a multifaceted type of girl.
I am a television JUNKIE. But don't get it twisted, I don't only love Real World/Road Rules, Girlfriends, Grey's Anatomy, Nip/Tuck, ER, and House..I also watch the NEWS! BET up to the minute and MTV news flash especially-just kidding. I also love the Cosby Show and A Different World(ol' school favorites)
Although I graduated from college over a year and a half ago-I have not yet reignited my love of reading yet. The last book that I can remember reading was a nursing book which put me on hiatus from reading for awhile..anyone who has some suggestions-I'm all ears... I need to expand my mind as much as possible!
I have been very fortunate to have wonderfully strong women surrounding me my entire life. Although there are a few recognizable people in history that I admire, my heroes are the women in my family-namely my mother and my grandmother. They have taught me how to be the woman that I am today and I pray I'm making them proud.
