okay, i'd like to come up with some witty remarks about myself, but...i've got nothin'. i'm currently working as an RN in the neonatal intensive care unit at a children's hospital here in michigan (and for all of my ohio friends, let me just say...GO BLUE!). and i love my job! i'm living the independent, single life right now and enjoying that too... "'for i know the plans i have for you', declares the Lord..."

My Interests

NATURE!-God is indescribably creative!, backpacking/camping/hiking, kayaking, reading, movies, music, "wittiness"?!, laughter!, quality time with friends and family...oh, and well done courtesy laughs.

desperation band, barlow girl, casting crowns, nouveaux, burlap to cashmere, nora jones, the eagles (desperado!), firehouse, grits, rascal flatts, stevie wonder...the list goes on

Movies:

last of the mohicans, count of monte cristo, how to lose a guy in 10 days, enemy of the state, pride and prejudice (the A&E 6 hour flick!), and of course 'princess bride'!

Television:

24!!!! and LOST

Books:

the 'mark of the lion' series and 'the atonement child' (both by francine rivers) and 'ragamuffin gospel' (by brennan manning)...i'm also a fan of oswald chambers.
