Who I'd like to meet here on earth. I would like to meet Prince just to look at him and see if he is that gorgeous in "real-life". I would like to meet Charles Barkley he seems like he would be a lot of fun to hang out with. I would like to meet Lionel Richie because I have liked him unconditionally since he was with the Commodores and even though I can not sing all that well, I have most of his music and sing-along to most of the songs.
Prince, Santana, and Earth Wind and Fire are at the top of my "favorites" list with Lionel Richie of course. I also really like anything with a whole lot of drums. I listen to all and any kind of music really. My sister Stacie turned me on to two artists that are fantastic to listen to Van Hunt and Tommy Simms. Wyclef is great ridin in the car with the music loud and the windows down. Music is a balm it heals, soothes, any pain.
Scarface; Graffitti Bridge; Set It Off. Drumline and Biker Boyz. Idlewild and Lakwanna Blues. And last but not least...WAITING TO EXHALE.
Jimmy Kimmel Live! Lately I have been watching Clean House, The Shield and Dancing With The Stars (when it is in season). I still find myself watching NFL Access, ESPN-SPORTSCENTER, and HGTV. I Netflix so I watch more DVD's than I do Television as far as the regular programming goes.
I can't even narrow down a brief list of books. I read, read, and read. I keep a list of books and authors so I am forever checking books out of the library. I do want to mention three books that I pick up and read from often, they are Proverbs for the People; Jump Up and Say; and Black-Eyed Peas for the Soul.
Everybody is searching for a hero, people need someone to look up to, I never found anyone to fullfill my need a lonely place to be so I've learned to depend on me. Seriously, one definition of hero - (in the Homeric period) a warrior-chieftain of special strength, courage, or ability. There are way too many to name. One last word about heroes - a hero lies in you!
