The Franklin H. Williams Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute (CCCADI)mission is to connect African Diaspora communities with their roots through diverse programs ranging from public school educational programs to major concerts, art exhibitions and international conferences.CCCADI was conceived in 1976 by Dr. Marta Moreno Vega and 2006 celebrates our 30th Anniversary serving global community of the Caribbean, Latin America and African Descendants worldwide.
