About Me

Not much to tell, only everything. I play guitar and dabble in keyboards and instrumental compositions. You can hear a few of mine at http://www.myspace.com/chodanmusic sometimes I play one here.I am 42 and have been clean and sober since April 10 1989, this means totally alcohol and drug free. I am happily married to the Woman of my Dreams and have been since 1991.I'm trying to get into shape again, going to the Gym and eating right (most of the time) doing cardio and weights.I was in very good shape at one time while practicing martial arts. I achieved second degree black belts in Hapkido and Tae Kwan do. I suffered a ruptured disk and had to get out of Martial arts for the most part although I do try to get a little training in now and again.I Work as a Network Engineer at the Center for Rural Development in Somerset Kentucky. I am part of a team that manages a network that hosts around 150 high end video conferencing systems and also a blackboard online learning system that has over 60'000 active accounts.As a person in recovery I have learned to enjoy life to its fullest having come so close to losing it in my former life. I try to stay close to God hopefully doing the things he wants me to do. So I pray regularly, laugh frequently, and love life passionately
