Orbital Manga / Comics - Sales Assistant/Dragonball Z Expert/Computer lackey - February 2007 - July 2007
One of the greatest jobs in the world working with the nicest people in the retail industry (Hannah senpai, Don-brella, Boss-man, Geki-Redo-Niall and finally Ryuzaki as well as all the OC staff members).
Selling manga, opening up trading figures,carrying comics from OC to OM on a Wednesday,
getting venti ice mochas-more milk-less ice for boss-man. Loved every minute of it.
Also enjoyed starting up the Orbital Manga myspace page . Really cool seeing how manya customers would add us as their friend, hahaha.
Little does people know but I'm a bit of a perfectionist (some might say a bit..."anal"). Being a former computer g33k, I used years of experimentation with Paint Shop Pro to put a bit of creativity into my *ahem" back-up discs and DVDs. Below you'll find most of the design works that I've done, mainly designing layouts cutting out and manipulating images and making it look like a retail item etc etc. However, all for entertainment purposes (yeah, what I do when I'm bored...) and not for sale. Enjoy!!

BLEACH "Kurosaki Ichigo: Shingami Vs Arrancar"
With Paint Shop Pro experimentation, I was always frustrated how I could never find the anime t-shirt that I wanted and could never find t-shirts that fit. With a Bleach design in my mind, I had then search for the right images and then manipulate them in a way that would look right.
The main Bankai Ichigo image is from a piece of artwork that Kubo Tite did based on the movie, "Memories of Nobody". The manga images are from various chapters and scanlations I had to scour through to find decent face images and spreads.
Once the high res image was complete, next was the printing. A big thanks to Tasha and Stephen for helping me print the image via transfer and ironing it on, much appreciated. Enjoy the process!
