About Me

When most people see me, they might think high maintenance, but I'm a laid back, chill chick, and the simple things are what get to me. So therefore, materialistic, self absorbed, and/or egotistical people need not come around because they can and WILL get cut down to size. I'm also a passionate person. I love my family, my job, and my life. My favorite quotes!? "Never Say Never" and "Good Things Come to Those Who Wait."Hot Layouts

My Interests

I may look all lady like, but I've always been a tomboy, so if you've got a game of volleyball or basketball going down, let me know. I'll show up with all power and might! I'm also into poetry, good slow jams, books by African American authors, cooking, sports cars, and big trucks ;-)

I'd like to meet:

I was a HUGE Bulls' fan back in the day, and my bedroom was covered with Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan, so of course I'd like to meet them. Running into Brad Pitt wouldn't hurt either, but for now, I'm interested in meeting anyone with good sense and morals. If those 2 don't apply to you, or if you're a stalker, crazy, or lazy, get out of my space now!

Music:

Not that I discriminate against female artists, but there's just a little something about Brian McKnight, Jon B., Baby Face, Eric Bennet, Jesse Powell, R. Kelly, Ginuwine, Usher, Tyrese, Jamie Foxx, Jodeci, 112, Dru Hill, Silk, and Jagged Edge that do it to me. But hey, don't get me wrong though! When I have my top down, it's all about that RIDIN' DIRTY...

Movies:

I love action, a good laugh, love stories, and drama, so set me up with anything with Stephen Segal or Jean Claude Van Damme, anything by Tyler Perry, or Face Off, White Chicks, The Best Man, Love and Basketball,Something New, Troy, or Bad Boys I/II, and I'm good to go.

Television:

What can I say? I'm diverse! Charmed, The Game, Girlfriends, Reba, Still Standing, CSI Miami, and Grey's Anatomy to name a few. You also can't tear me away from Life Time and TRU T.V. (That stuff's educational!)

Books:

The Coldest Winter Ever, Cheaters, Milk In My Coffee, The Maintenance Man, Men Cry in the Dark, Before I let Go, Don't Ever Wonder, The Preacher's Son. Basically anything by Marcus Major, Carl Weber, Darren Coleman, Michael Baisden, Eric Jerome Dickey, and my girl Zane!

Heroes:

Besides my parents who sacrificed so that I could have, I'd have to say FATHERS who are taking care of their children eventhough they may not be with their mothers and the ladies who hold it down when men aint doing what they supposed to ;-) I also admire the fellas who pull up next to me at red lights and rev their engines as if I can't handle them or my V8...
