Add a bit of charm and a smile to help you out in a difficult situation, especially in this particular business As a manager my advice for any act and the first step on the road to success is a good promoter, l'd always like to link with someone who really who knows their territory and is excited about showcasing you. Good promoters are very important in the concert world. Yep there the ones who take the big risks. They are the ones who decide that they can sell enough tickets for venues in various cities to make enough profit to pay the artist's costs, pay the venue and hopefully make some money for ourselves. If the tickets don't sell,promoters are personally liable and is still has to pay the tour costs. I've seen lots of other promoters lose a lot of money on organizing shows or concerts.. . . .
