i go on Northern Beaches Radio most tuesday nights 730 - 830 88.7FM or 90.3FM.

the show is "Dirty Rat Radio" and it is 110% better than Nova and Triple M put together (although that still means it could be quite bad, but really its a good show, even if i do lack a nicer metaphor)
