Part of Brighton's station Radio Reverb - http://www.radioreverb.com - with an evening show at 6.00pm every Monday night (repeated on Sunday afternoons at 3.00pm). Guest speakers, unsigned local artists and plenty of tunes and chat with me - Pete Jones.July and August looked like this : the late, great Sean Creed sat in for the JH session on 7th and for the Shuman the Human session on 14th. I came back and had Amongst the Pigeons in on 28th and Jetglo on 4th August. Fatbyproxy never showed on 11th and Anna from Ocean Delay had to be cancelled on 18th and then I was off again for a week to France.September's almost gone - one last session for us, Phoenix Williams this Monday 29th. The rest of the month looked like this: Trey was in on 1st, Kiina on 8th and Eleven 37's on 15th. Anna from Ocean Delay came in on 22nd (catch the repeat this Sunday 28th at 3.00pm. The beginning of October sees Red is Cover doing some acoustic tracks plus tracks and then bookings up for grabs after that so GET IN TOUCH!!!Uncle Arthur came in on 21st April and played a fantastic set plus 2 Spot Gobi came in for a chat and one live song. On 28th April we had Jia in and Padma came in on May 5th. David Sinclair came in on 19th for an acoustic set (his 3rd visit!!) and John Baron Kent formerly of Emberhoney came in on May 26th (my birthday incidentally!!). Passiondale joined us on June 2nd, 2 spot Gobi came back in on 9th with Charlie the Levellers drummer in for a chat and an exclusive play of the new and as yet unreleased album!! The eleven 37's gigged their sox off on 30th.This Lonely Soul, Nic Barrell and The Wednesday Club are all in the pipeline, plus Leanne Hall for a repeat visit maybe in October - but please get involved and get a session booked in for yourselves, or push us in the right direction of a band who we should have on.2007 was fantastic for us. Thanks to Dave Stenhouse from The Big Hairy Band, Luckyhorse, Plans & Apologies and My name is Red - not to mention Sons of Noel & Adrian, Lianne Hall and Matt from Nimomashtic, Sharon Lewis, Pog and The Miserable Rich for all their wonderful recent sessions - what a rich well of diverse talent we have in Brighton!! 2008 started with a blues blast from The Ben Poole Band - in on 14th Jan. Thanks too for Randy Stranger from Ref coming in for a chat & Wob playing a gorgeous set. Fox Coyote Fox, Alison David, Afterspark, King David, She Makes Music & The Mustangs have all been in in the past few weeks. Friday Night Hero were in on 17th March, Bruise on 31st and Alani came in on 14th April. Who knows, you might be the next guest in! We also are desperate for funding - so if you can think of any suitable sponsors or are interested yourselves in keeping Reverb and The Pete Jones Show alive, please get in touch (we need about £40 per show to stay afloat!!)
