Minutes Before Dusk (Steve Golding)

About Me

Very briefly... played drums since the age of seven, gaining experience from the age of 11 in church with many amazing muscians. In 2000 started drumming in 7 (!?) piece funk/rock band 'Akimbo', they formed for a battle of the bands comp, after which we all dis-banded! Formed punk band 'Nevertheless' in 2000/1 with friends Leon Poultney (The Light Outside/S.A.S/Her in the Mirror), Dom Tinkler (Strumpet/The Light Outside/Various other bands!) and Rob Charmicle (Legend), together till end of 2001. Then Formed 3 piece rock/punk/funk band 'Nigels Pipe Cleaner' with friends Leon Poultney and Tom Cushing (Best Bassist in Suffolk/London) at the end of 2001, together till mid 2002. Came to University, started playing acoustic guitar more and continued song writing on and off. April 2004 started drumming in the incredible and newly formed 'SAS' (spanish acoustic showdown) with Leon Poultney, Luis GayLord and Matt Cranleigh (Five Mile Drive). That brings us to present day, currently writing and singing my own emo/folk/acoustic songs in solo project 'Minutes Before Dusk'. MyGen Profile Generator
