Local Bands 101

Keeping you informed on your local happenings, shows, new music, and band info’s. We promote and help out all genres of bands. Rock, metal, classic rock, hardcore...anything that involves music. I change the music on here on a regular basis so you can hear a lot of great stuff. Sometimes you might like it, sometimes not, just keep an open ear. I book "showcase" shows in Cincinnati and surrounding areas quite often and it is expanding to other cities day by day. Check back often and see whats up next.
The website was started for the sole purpose of promoting local bands. Some of the best music you never heard is local, its just THAT though, you don’t hear it.. so you don’t know. I help book shows, promote, get you in touch with lighting-sound engineers, etc. I’ve dealt with musicians for a long time and think I am one myself. I know it is important to have the help and the more contacts the better. The website was just "erected" in Feb. 2005, so ’local’ myself. The site deals with a lot, so if you want to try to book shows with bands I promote or have me help you in any way, just get in touch.
This page is more than just a reference of local bands. I keep in touch with radio stations, professional photography, clothing companies, record labels, modeling companies, etc. etc. I can help you find almost whatever it is your looking for and more. I post bulletins about a lot of events, not just shows and bands. I also throw in a lot of comedy and such into the bulletins, a lot of stuff that will make you laugh your ass off. I try not to be just one sided on subjects, at least until my other pages get up and running. Thank you for all the support.
Also, a lot of bands and people use my comment space to post banners, flyers, and pictures of different sorts. I don’t mind that one bit, but to be fair I can only leave them up for so long..because after so many it makes the page VERY slow in loading even with broadband. So, depending on how full the comments are with stuff..they will stay up either a couple days or a week or so. I try to let a lot go as long as possible, but I don’t want it interfering with people viewing this page.
