ENGLISH--------After several years of wandering around with punk bands and crappy rehearsals, a new band emerged rippin' from argentinian hell to stay here on earth, it's called HOTEL DEL HORROR (horror hotel). Two former members (whose horrifying identities are not to be revealed) are involved in a side-project called TU VIEJA.
TU VIEJA is an experimental... thing which consists in blending any latin folklore music (mostly argentinian) such as candombe, milonga, cumbia... even rhumba, with dub, killer guitars, surf guitars, trippy guitars, distorted guitars, delays and different effects.
TU VIEJA's influences are The Misfits, Local Folkore music, Jeena Jameson, Astor Piazzolla, Jason Vorhees, The Mars Volta, NIN, Buena Vista Social Club, Winning Eleven 10, Peter Tosh, Los Suchos and Hotel Del Horror among others.
TU VIEJA's sound is based on a low-audio and mono recordings.-------------ESPANOL---------Tras vagar varios anos con bandas punk y ensayos al pedo, una nueva banda emerge de los confines mas oscuros del infierno porteno para quedarse en la tierra de una vez... HOTEL DEL HORROR. Dos de sus actuales miembros (cuyas identidades han de permanecer secretas) forman parte de un proyecto paralelo llamado TU VIEJA.
