The two best books that I've read so far has to be "Friday Night Lights" and "Flyboys". The book "Friday Night Lights" gives the story more straight up than the movie, plus it gives you a honest insight into each of the players and it's just flat out better than the movie. "Flyboys" is about WWII fighter pilots, their families, their experences and the war itself. If you read a little you gots to pick'em up and give'em a read.
