I am a German guy, living in the US for almost five years now and enjoying San Diego every day.It was a big step to quit the job and settle down in a foreign country but it was definitely worth it.Right now I have a job that pays the bills and that makes me work with really nice co-workers. On the side I still do some translations, preferably from English into German.My short term goals: Get the damn car fixed or better yet buy a new one. Long term: Finding a guy who is actually willing and able to deal with a grumpy anti-social guy like me. ;-)
