Heres how it works.
I will let you know when we are about to start a contest.
I will let rpers decide the first few contests and then i will decide which ones to do.
I will announce which contest we are doing and then you will send in your nomination.
I need the url of the person you nominated and the picture people will vote on.
After i have all nominations (I will take 10 people for each contest)I will post the pictures in a blog.
Each picture will have a number (1-10.) and you can send me the number your voting for in a MESSAGE.
You may vote 2 times but not for the same picture
