This is a band out of Houston, Texas that went by Trace Element and due to intellectual property and copyright laws now goes by Innerstate. It’s not a bitter thing and as far as band names it couldn’t suit them any better than it does. The music narrates a walk of life that ranges from true love to the bitter of end of what you thought was meant to be and everything in between.
The fights, the ups and downs, the betrayals, and the longing for someone to take you for who you are and not for who they want you to be.
All said and done, it’s a form of rock n’ roll that breaks the walls down of a set genre. The sort of sound if such artists Stone Temple Pilots and Smashing Pumpkins were ever to collaborate and have a jam session. The rock n’ roll that soothes and enrages the emotions that come with being what we are, human beings.
