Here are a few excerpts from some of Sams music reviews and critics:
The vocal highlight of the evening, the electrifying moment that raised instant goose bumps, was young Sam Plotkins account of From a DistanceHe delivered Golds profound lyrics with utterly pure, unmannered vocal tone and a visible, sincere connection to their meaning in his eyesWith the right training and the right breaks, Plotkin could be following in the footsteps of Josh Groban in a few years.
~ (Excerpt from The Springfield Republican review by Clifton J. Noble. Jr. of the Dan Kane Christmas Spectacular at the MassMutual Center where Sam performed to a sold out audience of over 4000. December, 2005)
Listen to his CD without being told how old the singer is, and good luck trying to come close to his age.
